How do I place an order?

To order, simply choose our custom photo magnets or business logo magnets, select quantity, design your magnets using our upload feature with cropping and editing available, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, go to checkout and follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment details. After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your magnets are shipped.

What sizes are available?

We currently offer our magnets in 2.5″ square size only. We’re working on adding more size options soon! If there’s a specific size or shape you’d love to see, please let us know using our contact page — customer feedback helps shape new offerings.

What is your returns & refunds policy?

We want you to love your magnets! If your item arrives with a defect or flaw, just contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order number for review, and we will make it right.

What about shipping and delivery timing?

Shipping costs and delivery timing are calculated at checkout based on your location, quantity, and the shipping method selected. We aim to have your custom magnets ready to ship within 3 days of your order. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email so you can follow its progress.

Can I order in bulk?

Absolutely! We offer bulk ordering options on our Bulk Orders page. We can help with custom magnets featuring your business logo, for save the dates, wedding favors, parties, and many other options!
